Dr. Lisa Lix, Director of CHI's Data Science platform, has been named Canada Research Chair in Methods for Electronic Health Data Quality at the University of Manitoba.

The Canada Research Chairs Program aims to promote research excellence through a national strategy that includes 2,000 research professorships (Canada Research Chairs) in eligible institutions across the country.

Dr. Lix is one of 10 Canada Research Chairs named at the University of Manitoba, and her research will focus on developing methods to evaluate and enhance the quality of electronic health databases.
