CRINGe Speaker Series: Good Source Documentation Practices in Clinical Research

November 9 - This presentation is aimed at clinical research staff who are involved in generating any type of clinical research data at a research site. It will accentuate the core elements of capturing the research data including medical notes, study prescriptions, AEs, regulatory documentation, good filing practices, etc. The presentation is relevant for Study Coordinators, Study Nurses, Principal Investigators, Co-investigators/sub-Investigators, and any other research site staff who are delegated study duties.

Introduction to New Online Tool for Patient/Public Engagement in Health Research

November 8 - In response to feedback from Manitoban health researchers, the George & Fay Yee Centre for Healthcare Innovation process mapped patient/public engagement throughout all phases and stages of the health research process. This mapping project formed the basis of a new online tool which will help health researchers, policy/decision makers, professionals and community organizations explore different levels of engagement at each stage and phase of the research process, and potential participatory approaches that can be utilized.
