About the Speakers:
Mike Lewkiw, P.Eng. graduated from the University of Manitoba with a BSc in Mechanical Engineering and completed his Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification in 2013. He has over 25 years of experience in manufacturing, production management, capacity planning and growth plans. Mike joined the Project Management Office as a Process Engineer in November of 2009 and has been involved in several projects during that time, most currently as the Process Engineer on the Women’s Hospital Redevelopment Project.
Christian Becker, P.Eng. holds both a B.Sc. in Manufacturing Engineering and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Manitoba. He has a strong background in the manufacturing industry with experience in the aerospace industry, as well as window and door manufacturing. Christian joined the Project Management Office as a Process Engineer in 2011 and completed his Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification in 2014.
