The KT Canada Seminar Series Presents Lisa Dolovich, Professor, Associate Chair, Research in the Department of Family Medicine at McMaster University

Strengthening Quality (TAPESTRY) a paradigm shift to a person centred integrated health care delivery approach


Learning Objectives:

  • To describe the 4 pillars of the TAPESTRY approach and how they weave together
  • To describe the use of community based primary care linked volunteers
  • To describe novel technology including the TAPESTRY tablet computer App and the McMaster Personal Health Record
