PROJECT COORDINATOR

Under the direction of WRHA Project Management Office, the incumbent applies project management principles, tools and templates throughout the project life cycle including the initiation, planning, executing, controlling and closing phases. Manages project scope, resources, communications, risks/issues, budget, timelines, procurement, integration, quality, and implementation.

PROJECT MANAGER

The Winnipeg Regional Health Authority’s Project Management Office is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead cross-functional, cross-organizational project teams to implement process and service delivery improvements in health care in the region. The Project Manager applies disciplined project management principles to engage senior managers in innovative solution development and delivery. The ideal candidate possesses excellent negotiation, facilitation and interpersonal skills and a track record of delivering measurable results. The WRHA Project Management Office supports organizational change by delivering projects aligned with the region’s strategic priorities. Its focus is on health care projects related to the delivery of health services. The project manager will work with Project Sponsors, a clinical team and a PMO team of project managers and process improvement specialists.

RESEARCH ASSOCIATE - CHI KNOWLEDGE SYNTHESIS PLATFORM

The University of Manitoba’s Centre for Healthcare Innovation team has an opening for a Research Associate. The Knowledge Synthesis (KS) Platformprovides a full spectrum of knowledge synthesis services. From guidance and advice on particular aspects of the knowledge synthesis pathway to complete management of knowledge synthesis projects, our team is committed to providing our clients with world-class experience and competence.

The KS Research Associate will coordinate systematic reviews and similar knowledge synthesis research projects from inception to completion and will serve as a content and methodological expert/consult to clients of the CHI. It is anticipated that the individual will have or will acquire particular expertise in a specific domain of KS (e.g. observational reviews, interventional reviews, scoping reviews, rapid reviews, etc.).
